摘要
基础设施是指为居民生活和社会生产提供公共服务的物质工程设施,基础设施的完善程度不仅牵动着经济社会的和谐发展,也能体现城镇的综合承载能力。当下,随着传统城镇化的快速推进,一些生态问题、环保问题日渐突出,成为迫切需要解决的重大问题。通过对庆城县人口与建设规模、城镇建设、基础设施建设现状进行的研究,分析庆城县基础设施存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出庆城县从道路系统、市政基础设施、绿地系统、环境综合治理以及政府职能与政策支持五个方面的生态基础设施建设意见,从而指导庆城县走可持续发展的道路,实现生态环境的良性循环和人居环境的不断改善,促进人与自然环境的和谐共存,打造生态化城镇。
Infrastructure refers to the material and engineering facilities that provide public services for residents＇ living and social production. The improvement of the infrastructure not only affects the harmonious development of the economy and society but also reflects the comprehensive carrying capacity of the cities and towns. With the rapid development of traditional urbanization,environmental issues become increasingly prominent and an urgent need to solve the major problems. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of population and construction scale,urban construction and infrastructure construction,the main problems of the infrastructure,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Qingcheng County from road system,municipal infrastructure,green space system,environmental comprehensive management,government functions and policy support to help it to take the road of sustainable development,to achieve a virtuous circle of ecological environment,to promote the harmonious coexistence between men and natural environment and to create ecological towns.
