摘要
基于热力学第一定律,建立了空气压缩机能耗模型,计算了空气压缩机进口空气湿度和温度对空气压缩机能耗的影响。研究表明,随着空气湿度增大有功功率增大,在其他条件一定时,相对湿度为60%的湿空气较干空气每小时多耗电1.23 kWh;增压比以及出口温度不变时,随着空气进口温度降低,能耗增加,-40℃较40℃每小时多耗能高达66.49 kWh。最后,在此基础上提出改进措施,即在空气压缩机进口处加装空气干燥装置和空气预热装置,确保空气压缩机经济运行。
In this study, the model of compressor was established based on the first law of thermodynamics and the influence of air humidity and temperature of air compressor inlet on the energy consumption of air compressor is calculated and analyzed. The study shows that energy consumption increases with the air humidity increases. When the other conditions are constant, wet air with relative humidity of 60% is more energy consuming than dry air for 1.23 kW · h per hour. When the pressure ratio and the outlet temperature are constant, the energy consumption increases with the air inlet temperature decreasing. Compared to high temperature(40℃), the low temperature(-40℃) consume more energy per hour(66.49 kW · h). Finally, the improvement measures are put forward. The air dryer and air preheating device are installed at the inlet of the air compressor. To ensure the economic operation of air compressor.
