摘要
地下储气库作为一种安全供气、调峰的手段,具有储气量大、安全系数高等诸多优势,降低压缩机组能耗、降低运营成本是储气库节能优化管理的核心。结合喇嘛甸油田注气配产方案,通过储气库地面工艺能效评价,找出系统用能的薄弱环节;通过来气压力设计了机组合理运行的优化方案,优化调节气井运行参数,包括合理设定电加热器使用时间和温度范围。在满足生产要求的同时,储气库生产运行耗电降低291.6×104k Wh,大幅减少了能源浪费,保证储气库的经济运行。
As a means of safe gas supply and peak shaving, underground gas storage has many advantages such as large gas storage and high safety factor. Reducing the energy consumption of compressor unit and reducing operation cost is the core of energy saving optimization management of gas storage. With Lamadian gas injection production plan, through the ground gas storage efficiency evaluation process, find out the weak links to the system, the gas pressure design optimization scheme reasonable operation of units, optimizing the operation parameters of gas well, including a reasonable set of electric heater using time and temperature range, while meeting the requirements of production, storage library production operation and reducing the power consumption of2 million 916 thousand kwh,reduce energy waste,ensure the economic operation of gas storage.
