摘要
文章通过对发达国家社区教育发展情况的深入分析,力求在我国社区教育发展中确立科学的理念、增强灵活适应性、建立健全法律体系、拓宽经费来源渠道、鼓励社会各界积极参与社区教育、构建专兼结合的工作者队伍等方面做出思考。
Through in-depth analysis of community education＇s characteristic, operation management, and other aspects in foreign countries, the article strives to make a thinking of establishing the scientific community education concept, enhancing the flexibility of community education, improving the community education legal system, broadening the channels for community education funding sources, encouraging the social from all walks of life to actively participate in community education and building special and parttime job community education workers team.
