体外反搏治疗对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者心功能的改善作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察常规药物联合体外反搏治疗(EECP)在改善急性心肌梗死(AMI)PCI术后患者心功能方面的疗效。方法收集48例已行PCI的AMI患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组24例;对照组PCI术后给予标准药物治疗,治疗组除标准药物治疗外,于PCI术后1周给予36 h的反搏治疗,比较两组的疗效和治疗前、后心功能。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为37.5%和91.7%,均明显优于对照组的20.8%和58.3%(P<0.05);两组治疗后SV、CO、CI水平明显优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 EECP联合药物治疗对改善AMI患者心功能方面疗效满意,值得临床应用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of conventional drugs combined with enhanced externalcounterpuisation (EECP) on improving cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after PCI.Methods A total of 48 AMI patients treated with PCI were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatmentgroup, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standard medicine treatment after PCI; and thetreatment group was given EECP of 36 h one week after PCI based on standard medication. The curative effect and cardiacfunction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The efficiency and total effective rate ofthe treatment group were 37.5% and 91.7% respectively, which were significantly better than 20.8% and 58.3% of thecontrol group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the SV, CO, CI levels in the two groups improved, and those in the treatment groupwere better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion EECP combined with drug therapy is satisfactory for improving thecardiac function of AMI patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
