摘要
目的探讨医院家庭一体式护理对脑卒中患者治疗依从性及康复效果的影响。方法将105例脑卒中住院患者按照入院治疗的先后顺序,随机分为观察组54例、对照组51例。对照组开展常规出院护理,观察组在此基础上实施医院家庭一体式护理。比较两组患者治疗依从性和患者满意度,并比较入组时、入组6个月时对患者的运动功能和日常生活能力。结果观察组患者治疗依从性和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);入组6个月时,观察组患者FMA评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施医院家庭一体式护理,可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性,保证患者在家庭中得到及时、有效的康复护理,降低致残率,改善生存质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of hospital family integrated nursing on treatment compliance andrehabilitation in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 105 cases of stroke inpatients were randomly divided intoobservation group （54 cases） and control group （51 cases） according to the sequence of admission treatment. The controlgroup was given regular discharge nursing, and the observation group was given hospital family integrated nursing on thebasis of the control group. The treatment compliance and patient satisfaction were compared in the two groups. At the timeof enrollment, the patients＇ motor function and daily living ability were compared at 6 months after enrollment. Results Thetreatment compliance and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.At 6 months, the FMA score and Barthel index of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital family integrated nursing for stroke patients can effectively improve the patient＇s treatmentcompliance, ensure timely and effective rehabilitation and nursing in the family, reduce the morbidity, improve the qualityof life, and improve patient satisfaction.
