摘要
以密胺树脂为壁材,薰衣草精油为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备芳香微胶囊,并与黏胶纺丝液共混,采用湿法纺丝纺制芳香黏胶纤维,并测试其形态结构、力学性能、红外光谱、残留甲醛含量和留香性能。结果表明,与普通黏胶纤维相比,芳香黏胶纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率略小,纤维形态无显著差异,芳香微胶囊与纤维素无化学反应,自然条件下具有很好的留香性能,且经10次洗涤后,纤维的留香率仍可达43%。
Using melamine resin as wall material and lavender essential oil as core material, this paper prepares fragrant microcapsules through in-situ polymerization, which blends with viscose spinning solution. It prepares fragrant viscose fiber by wet spinning process, and the morphological structure, mechanical properties, infrared spectrum, formaldehyde content and fragrant retention property are tested. The results show that compared with ordinary viscose fiber, the breaking strength and elongation at break of fragrant viscose fiber are slightly smaller, and there are no significant differences in cross section and longitudinal appearance, and there is no chemical reaction between lavender essential oil microcapsules and cellulose. The lavender fragrant viscose fiber has good fragrant property under natural conditions, and the fragrant rate is 43% after washing 10 times.
