摘要 为解决电动汽车仅靠电机调速整车能量损失多、动力和爬坡性能差的技术难题,从变速系统设计、传动比匹配、控制系统开发、程序设计、试验测试等方面,对新型电驱动双速自动变速器及控制系统开展了相关研究,新型两挡自动变速器满足了低速恒扭矩与高速恒功率的驱动要求,保证了驱动电机在高效率区工作,解决了整车驱动功率急剧变化的技术难题,传动效率、整车续驶里程得到大幅提高,电池、电机使用寿命有效延长,满足了整车的动力性和平顺性的要求。 In order to solve the technical problems of more energy loss and poor performance of power and climbing performance on electric motor vehicle only by motor speed control, this paper studies transmission system design, transmission ratio matching, control system development, program design, experiment and test, and the related research on the new type electric drive dual speed automatic transmission and control system. The new two gear automatic transmission meets the driving requirements of low speed constant torque and high speed constant power. It ensures the driving motor working in the high efficiency area. It solves the technical problem of sharp change in driving power of the whole vehicle. The transmission efficiency and the vehicle's driving mileage have been greatly improved, and the battery and electric machine service life is extended effectively, meeting the requirements for dynamic and peaceful performance.
