摘要
文章是对一种微小流量仪表的微小电信号与频率变化关系的实验检测。该仪表电极两端输出电信号,由于该信号极微弱,检测较困难,所以要在信号输出端设计放大滤波电路对此信号进行检测。检测系统由高速数据采集卡及仪器系统组成,用MATLAB软件对采样信号进行FFT处理,得出信号频率及其差异,并进行频率误差分析,结果说明该放大滤波电路具有一定的实用性。该微小流量仪表对医学生理中的微小流量信号检测有着一定的应用前景。
This paper works on an experimental detection aiming at the relationship between the small electrical signals and its frequency changes of the micro flow meter. At the two ends of the meter's electrode, an electric signal is the output. Because of the extremely weak signal, the detection is difficult. So an amplifying and filtering circuit is designed to detect the signal at the output end of the signal. The detection system works through the high-speed data acquisition card and the instrument system to sample the signal, the software MATLAB is used to process the sampling signal by FFT, then the frequency of the signal and its difference are obtained, and the frequency error is analyzed. It is concluded that the design of the amplifying and filtering circuit has certain practicability. The micro flow meter has a certain application prospect in the detection of micro flow signals in medical physiology.
