基于台架试验的矿用驱动电机声振特性研究

摘要 驱动电机振动噪声是电驱动矿用汽车振动噪声的主要原因之一,严重影响车辆的舒适性。通过搭建矿用驱动电机试验平台,对驱动电机进行声振测试,结合频谱分析与相干分析对试验数据进行处理,得到了矿用驱动电机声振主要特征频率及主要声振源,由此提出了矿用驱动电机的减振降噪措施。研究结果为矿用驱动电机声振特性优化提供了试验支持。 The vibration and noise of driving motor is one of the prime reasons of the vibration and noise of electric driving mining truck,which seriously affects the comfort of the vehicle. A test platform for the driving motor of mining truck was set up,and the noise and vibration testing for the driving motor was carried out. The main characteristic frequency and the main sound vibration source of the electric drive motor were obtained by combining the spectrum analysis and the coherent analysis. Therefrom,the measures for reducing the vibration and noise were put forward. The results of the study provide an experimental support for the optimization of acoustic and vibration characteristics of mining motor.
