摘要
为了通过某型液体火箭发动机尾焰红外特征监测推力室喷嘴雾化状态,采用多学科仿真技术,耦合蒸发、燃烧和传热过程,建立了三维非稳态推力室蒸发-燃烧-尾焰场一体化仿真模型;采用尾焰图像识别方法,开展液体火箭发动机喷注参数与尾焰红外图像特征之间关系的研究。对比热试车尾焰红外图像特性表明,仿真模拟结果准确可靠。
To monitor the injecting state of liquid engine by the infrared image characteristic of the tail flame,the technology of multi-disciplinary simulation and coupled the models of evaporization, combustion, heat transfer are used to established an integrative simulation model. Using the method of infrared Image feature recognition, the relationship of the the injecting parameters and infrared image characteristic of the tail flame of a liquid rocket engine is studied. It is proved that the emulating results are correct and reliable by comparing with the the image feature of the tail flame of the hot firing test.
