摘要
为了实现对现场SF6电气设备中混合气体组分浓度的全量程高精度检测,提出了一种基于热导传感器保持在恒温状态的高精度气体浓度检测方法,并设计了调理电路。根据-40℃低温条件设计了气体浓度检测的整体方案和机械结构,开发了基于模糊PID控制的热导室温控模块和基于质量流量计的流量检测及调理模块,构建了应用于现场的便携式SF6电气设备混合气体浓度检测系统,实现了对SF6/CF4、SF6/N2和SF6/AIR气体浓度的数据采集,免去了多次样气标定的繁琐工序。实验结果表明所研制的检测系统精度高(全量程平均测量误差为±1%)、重复性好(1%以内)、性能可靠且便于携带。
In order to achieve concentration detection of mixed gas components with high accuracy in SF6 electrical equipment,a gas concentration detection method with high precision based on thermal conductivity sensor in constant temperature is proposed.Accordingly,the signal conditioning circuit is designed.According to the low temperature condition of-40 ℃,the overall scheme and mechanical structure of gas concentration detection are designed.The thermal control module based on fuzzy PID control and the flow detection and conditioning module using mass flowmeter are developed. A portable gas concentration detection system for portable SF6 electrical equipment was built to achieve gas concentration collection of SF6/CF4,SF6/N2 and SF6/AIR.The cumbersome process of gas calibration is eliminated based on designed equipment.The experimental results show that the developed detection system has high accuracy( + 1% of average measurement error),good reproducibility( within 1%),reliable performance and easy to carry.
