摘要
高职院校建设高水平运动队对于学校的综合发展有着重要的作用,这也将利于培养德、智、体全面发展的现代化人才。然而,高职学院高水平运动队要想组建好,必须对其进行构建和管理方面的分析和研究。文章旨在对具体构建和管理高职学院高水平运动队进行探究,并提出了相关措施。
The construction of high-level sports teams in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the comprehensive development of the school, which is also conducive to the cultivation of modern talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence and physique. However, the construction and management of the team should be studied in order to build a high-lever sports team in higher vocational colleges. The paper also puts forward some relevant measures for the construction and management of the team.
