摘要
随着IDC设备数量的增多和设备类型的变化,对IDC机房基础设施运维人员的技能要求也越来越高,如何提高运维人员的运行维护技能和解决实际问题的能力就成了迫切需要解决的问题。文章将结合通信企业的具体需要和对运维人员的初级运维技能提升目标,提出较详细的包含培训内容、培训方式和培训评价的培训方案。
With the growing numbers and types of IDC devices, the skill needs for the IDC machine room infrastructure operation and maintenance staff is becoming higher. How to improve their skills and ability to solve practical problems has become an urgent need.Combining with the specific needs of the communication enterprise and the promotion targets for the operation and maintenance staff, this paper puts forward the detailed training plan, including training content, training mode and training evaluation.
