摘要
学生满意度是影响高职院校吸引力的重要指标。采用整群抽样方式,对河南省某职业技术学院1320名学生进行学生满意度调查,结果发现:学生整体满意度较高,生活服务因子得分最低;在学生满意度中性别、专业类别差异显著,年级差异不显著;实训实践、校园文化、生活服务、信息化服务、社团活动和图书服务6个方面对学生满意度具有显著性影响,且影响力依次降低。研究结果为提高学生满意度,提升高职院校吸引力提供实证性依据。
Students ＇ satisfaction is an important indicator which affects the attractive force of Higher Vocational Colleges. Cluster sampling has been applied by this thesis to investigate the satisfaction of 1320 students from one vocational and technical college in Henan. Results shows that students＇ overall satisfaction index is high and the life service factor score is the lowest. There are significant differences in gender and major category in student satisfaction,and no significant difference in grade. Six aspects which are training practice,campus culture,life service,information service,community activities and library services have great influence on student satisfaction,and their influence decreases successively. These research results provide empirical evidence for improving students＇ satisfaction and enhancing the attractiveness of higher vocational colleges.
