摘要
甲烷含量的控制是工艺调节的重要部分,降低转化炉出口的系统甲烷原因:一是可以提高合成甲醇所需的一氧化碳和氢气的含量,另外就是甲烷在合成气中属于惰性组分,会在合成系统中逐渐累积增多,降低一氧化碳和氢气的有效分压,增加了压缩机动力的消耗。
The control of methane content is an important part of the process regulation.The reasons to reduce the methane in converter outlet are listed as followed.One is that it can increase the content of carbon monoxide and hydrogen to synthesize methanol.In addition,methane is an inert component in syngas,which will gradually accumulate in synthetic system,and reduce effective partial pressure of carbon monoxide and hydrogen,increasing the consumption of compressor power.
