摘要
经历了"海代""海淘"等发展阶段,海外购物终于迎来了跨境电子商务的时代。从其产生、发展至今,经历了一系列的变化。而各种变化也相应地对财政收入、民族产业以及地区经济产生了不同影响,这些影响则需要我们分别采取措施来应对,以达到扬长避短,趋利避害的目的。
After having experienced the ＂overseas Shopping ＂,＂cross-border online shopping＂and other stages of development,overseas shopping has finally ushered in the era of cross-border e-commerce. From its birth to its present development,cross-border online shopping has undergone a series of changes,which also have a corresponding impact on fiscal revenue,national industry,and regional economy. We need to take measures to deal with these impacts in order to achieve the goal of avoiding damages.
