基于Smith预估器的自适应模糊PID在电缆线径控制系统中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对传统PID控制在具有非线性、时变性和滞后性的护套生产线中的局限性,提出一种带Smith预估补偿的自适应模糊PID控制方法。通过Matlab仿真,比较了传统PID控制和带Smith预估补偿的自适应模糊PID控制的阶跃响应与扰动抑制能力。结果表明:带滞后补偿的自适应模糊PID控制具有调节时间短、超调量小和抗干扰能力强等优点。同时,通过改变系统时滞时间,仿真比较了改进前后的Smith预估器对系统性能的影响。改进Smith预估器后,系统在稳定性和鲁棒性方面有了明显的改善,更加适用于复杂多变的工况环境。 The Wire diameter control is one of the core problems of cable jacket production line. In view of the limitations of conventional PID control to jacket extrusion system with nonlinear,timevarying and hysteresis,this paper proposed a adaptive fuzzy PID control method based on Smith Predictor. Through the simulation in Matlab,the step response and disturbance inhibition of the traditional PID control and the adaptive fuzzy PID control with Smith predictor compensation was compared. The results show that the adaptive fuzzy PID control with lag compensation has the advantages of shorter adjustment time,smaller overshoot and better anti-interference ability. At thesame time,by changing the system lag time,the influence of Smith predictor before and after improvement on system performance was compared though simulation. After improving the Smith predictor,the stability and robustness of the system have been significantly improved,which is more suitable for the complex and ever-changing working environment.
