摘要
在问卷与实际调研基础上,对农民利益表达能力的特征进行描述性分析,并借助多元回归模型剖析影响农民利益表达能力的主要因素。经实证研究得出:农民的利益表达能力总体较弱,农民的性别、政治面貌、经济水平、价值观念、政治效能感、参与频率、参与热情度、利益识别能力、利益维护能力是影响农民利益表达能力的重要因素。今后应从民主文化的培育、利益表达主体素质的提升、利益表达渠道的畅通等几方面着力提升农民的利益表达能力。
On the basis of questionnaire and the actual investigation,the characteristics of farmers＇ interest expression ability are analyzed by descriptive analysis,using the main factors and multiple regression model to analyze the effect of farmers＇ interest expressive ability,and finally the cultivation of farmers＇ interest expressive ability is put forward.The result of this study shows that farmers＇ overall interest expressive ability is weak;farmers＇ gender,political affiliation,economic level,value concept,political efficacy,participation frequency,enthusiasm of participation and interest recognition ability,the ability to safeguard farmers＇ interests are important factors to influence their interest expressive ability.In the future,we should take the following measures to improve their abilities：to cultivate democratic culture,to enhance the quality of expression subjects,and to make smooth the interest expression channels.
