摘要
自主设计了一套无空气辅助式SCR尿素喷射系统,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了该系统的模型。研究了不同结构参数对喷嘴喷射特性的影响规律,通过搭建试验台针对喷嘴流量特性进行相关试验分析,验证该模型的正确性。研究结果表明:尿素溶液喷射量与占空比成正比,与喷射频率成反比;孔径在0.4~0.5 mm范围内时喷嘴处压力波动较小;针阀升程为0.6 mm时,喷射效果最佳;在其他参数相同,喷射频率为10 Hz,占空比为50%时,该系统喷射精度最高,性能最好,可作为喷射参考依据。
A set of non air-assisted SCR urea injection system was designed. The model of the system was established by using the AMESim simulation software. To study the effects of different structural parameters on the nozzle spray characteristics,the flow characteristics of the nozzle were analyzed based on the test bench,and the accuracy of the model was verified. The research results show that urea solution injection volume is proportional to the duty cycle and inversely proportional to the injection frequency; when the pore diameter is in the range of 0. 4 ~ 0. 5 mm,the pressure fluctuation is smaller; when the valve lift is 0. 6 mm,the spraying effect is the best; when the other parameters are the same,the injection frequency is 10 Hz and the duty cycle is 50%,the system shows the best performance,which can be used as a reference.
