摘要
为了解我国桉树领域授权有效专利的分布规律和特征,本文通过国家知识产权局专利检索及分析平台,共检出有效专利168件,并对这168件专利的年份授权量、类型、专利权人、地区分布和技术领域进行了统计和分析。结果表明:桉树领域授权有效专利始于2003年,其中以2014年度的数量最多,达35件;类型以发明专利为主,所占比例达77.38%;专利权人主要以个人和企业为主,所占比例分别达36.62%和35.46%;广西壮族自治区国有东门林场是授权有效专利的主要持有人,其拥有量为9件;有效专利主要集中在桉树资源丰富地区,其中数量最多的是广西,其次是广东;技术领域以农林业为主。
This study was conducted in order to understand the distribution and characteristics ofauthorized and valid patents involving technologies relating to Eucalyptus in China. A total of 168 relevant patents were found using the patent retrieval and analysis platform of the State Intellectual Property Office. The number of patents issued per year, types of patents, patent holders, regional distribution and technology fields for the 168 patents were analyzed. The results showed that authorized and valid patentsrelating to eucalyptshave been issued since 2003, with the largest number granted annually being 35 in 2014. The number of invention patents was the largest, accounting for 77.38% of the patents, and individuals and enterprises are the main holders of these patents, accounting for 36.62% and 35.46% of the total number issued respectively. Guangxi Dongmen State-owned Forest Farm with 9 current patents, is the holder with highest number of patents. The province with the highest number of these patents is Guangxi, with the second highest number being in Guangdong. Agroforestry was the main field of technology that the patents were nominally issued under.
