Study on the Effect of Plasma N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Different Degrees

摘要 目的探讨血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)对不同程度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的不同程度COPD患者70例,其中重度、极重度归为甲组(20例,FEV_1%<50%),轻度、中度归为乙组(50例,50%≤FEV_1%);选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组。检测并比较各组的NT-proBNP水平。结果三组的NT-proBNP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组的NT-proBNP水平显著高于乙组及对照组(P<0.05)。甲组的FEV1%值显著低于乙组及对照组(P<0.05),乙组的FEV_1%值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的血清NT-proBNP水平受FEV_1%的影响,能反映患者心功能状态及疾病严重程度,对于患者预后的评估具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide ( NT- proBNP) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at different degrees. Methods 70 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into group A (20 cases of severe and extremely severe patients, FEV1% 〈 50 % ) and group B (50 cases of mild and moderate patients, 50 % ≤ FEV1%) according to the disease degree. Another 40 cases of healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of NT-proBNP of three groups were detected and compared. Results The level of NT-proBNP showed statistical difference among three groups (P 〈0.05), and the NT-proBNP level of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and control group (P 〈0.05). The FEV1% value of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and control group, and the FEV1% value of group B was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The plasma NT-proBNP level of COPD patient is affected by FEV1%, suggesting that NT-proBNP can reflect the state of cardiac function and the severity of the disease, and has a certain application value for the evaluation of the prognosis of patients.
