摘要
目的探讨曼月乐联合暖宫七味散治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的68例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为观察组(曼月乐联合暖宫七味散治疗,34例)和对照组(曼月乐治疗,34例),比较两组患者治疗前后的血红蛋白水平和阴道出血时间,以及临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者的血红蛋白水平和阴道出血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组患者和治疗前,阴道出血时间显著短于对照组患者和治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.1%,显著高于对照组患者的73.5%(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐联合暖宫七味散治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者效果显著,可有效提高患者的血红蛋白水平,缩短阴道出血时间。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of mirena combined with Nuangong Qiwei powder for the treatment of perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods＇ 68 cases of patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mirena, while the observation group was treated with mirena combined with Nuangong Qiwei powder. Before and after treatment, the levels of hemoglobin and vaginal bleeding time were compared between the two groups. The total effective rates of clinical treatment of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the level of hemoglobin or vaginal bleeding time （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the level of hemoglobin of the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment and that of the control group, and the vaginal bleeding time was significantly shorter than that before treatment and that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.1%, significantly higher than 73.5% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Mirena combined with Nuangong Qiwei powder for the treatment ofperimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding has significant efficacy, which can effectively improve the level of hemoglobin, and shorten the vaginal bleeding time of patients.
