帕金森病中多巴胺能神经元的程序性细胞死亡机制 被引量:5

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是常见的神经退行性疾病,其病理基础是黑质多巴胺能神经元的变性死亡。近年来研究发现PD中多巴胺能神经元变性死亡主要是程序性细胞死亡,涉及细胞凋亡、自噬样细胞死亡、程序性细胞坏死等多种类型。本文将对PD中多巴胺能神经元的程序性细胞死亡机制进行综述,以期更好的认识PD的发病机制和干预靶点。
