摘要
分别采用氧氮测定仪、扫描电子显微镜、倒置金相显微镜测定快速凝固法制备的铝-硅基钎料粉末氧含量,观察粉末外观形貌和内部组织,并采用漫流法测量焊料铺展性能和焊接结合强度。结果表明,采用快速凝固法制备的铝-硅基钎料粉末氧含量及焊接性能均优于传统方法制备的粉状铝-硅基钎料。
The oxygen content of the aluminum-silicon based solder powder prepared by the rapid solidification method was measured by an oxygen-oxygen analyzer, a scanning electron microscope and an inverted metallographic microscoperespectively. The appearance and internal structure of the powder were observed, and the solder spreading performance and welding bond strength were measured by a diffuse flow method. The results show that the oxygen content and welding performance of the Al-Si-based solder powder prepared by the rapid solidification method are better than the powdered Al-Si-based solder prepared by the traditional method.
