摘要
主要概述了次氯酸盐法、电解法、化学-电解法、微波辅助湿式氧化法等制备方法.分析了高铁酸钾在饮用水处理、工业废水处理、生物污泥处理、新兴微污染处理等方面的应用现状.为了实现工业化生产,促进高铁酸钾的应用,应研究推进绿色安全、简便节能、低成本的高铁酸钾制备方法,而在诸多制备方法中,电解法最具发展潜力.高铁酸钾与氧化剂、絮凝剂、微波及超声等的联用技术能弥补单独应用高铁酸钾的不足,有助于对难降解有机物的处理.
Method of hypochlorite, electrolysis, chemical-electrolytic method, microwave-assisted wet oxidation andother potassium ferrate preparation methods were introduced. This study summed up the potassium ferrate in drinkingwater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, new micro-pollution treatment and other aspectsof the application. In order to achieve industrial production and promote the application of potassium ferrate, it isnecessary to promote green, safe, and simple energy-saving, low-cost method for preparation of potassium ferrate.Among many preparation methods, most potential one is electrolysis. Potassium ferrate and oxidizing agent,flocculant, microwave and ultrasound combined with technology can make up for lack of individual application ofpotassium ferrate, contribute to refractory organics processing.
