摘要
对《固定污染源废气低浓度颗粒物的测定重量法》(HJ 836-2017)的适用范围、检出限、技术路线(采样前准备、现场采样要求和采样后样品称量计算)及质量控制等进行了解读。标准适用于排放浓度不大于50 mg/m^3的颗粒物检测;方法检出限为1 mg/m^3;通过改进采样头、增加采样设备预热功能、整体称量的方式等手段,减少采样及称重过程引入的误差;增加全程序空白及同步双样的质控要求保证检测过程的准确性。
The scope of application, detection limit, technical route (pre-sampling preparation, field sampling requirements and post-sampling sample weighing calculation) and quality control of 〈Stationary source emission-Determination of mass concentration of particulate matter at low concentration-Manual gravimetric method〉 (HJ 836-2017) has been interpreted. The standard applies to the detection of particle concentrations of no more than 50 mg/m3. The detection limit of the method is 1 mg/m3. To avoid the inaccuracies in the process of sampling and weighing by improving sampling, increasing preheat function of sampling equipment and using the overall weighing method. The quality control requirements of overall blank and paired train sample can guarantee the accuracy of the detection process.
