摘要
复合外模板现浇混凝土保温系统的构造做法实现了现浇混凝土墙体结构与保温层一体化施工。开展地震模拟振动台试验是真实反映复合外模板与基层混凝土墙体、复合外模板与饰面找平浆料层之间在地震作用下的粘结性能的重要途径。文章基于地震工程学原理,按照有无预制钢丝网架加强层设计制作了2组复合外模板现浇混凝土保温系统振动台试验模型,对模型按16种工况输入2组天然地震波和1组人工波,通过测定试件的动力响应并考察外保温模板层、饰面找平浆料层的裂缝开展情况,对比分析2组试件的抗震性能。结果表明:带有预制托网和加强连接件的增强型系统在试验过程中整体连接牢固可靠,未发生明显损伤,其找平浆料层有更好的粘结性能,外模板与墙体的整体抗震性能更优;带有预制托网与加强连接件的增强型系统,可适用于地震动峰值加速度PGA≤0.4g地区,而非加强型可用于PGA≤0.3g地区,其适用高度不超过100 m。
The construction method of the compound exterior formwork cast-in-place Concrete insulation system realizes the integration of cast-in-place concrete wall structure and insulation layer.Seismic simulation shaking table test is an important way to reflect the bonding behavior of composite outer formwork and base concrete wall,compound outer formwork and finishing leveling slurry layer under earthquake action. The Shaking table test model of two groups of cast-in-place concrete insulation system of the composite exterior slab is designed and fabricated according to the theory of seismology and the bonding property between the composite outer formwork and the finishing leveling slurry layer under earthquake action. Two natural seismic waves and a set of artificial waves are inputted into the model according to 16 kinds of working conditions,and the dynamic response of the specimen is determined and the crack development of the exterior insulation template layer and the finishing leveling slurry layer is investigated. The results show that enhanced systems with prefabricated nets and reinforced connectors are securely and reliably integrated during the test,without significant damage. The leveling slurry layer has better bonding property,and the overall seismic performance of exterior formwork and wall is better. Enhanced systems with prefabricated and reinforced connectors can be applied to areas where the peak acceleration of earthquakes is PGA =0. 4 g and below. Non-reinforced type can be used for PGA = 0. 3 g and the following areas; Its application height is not more than 100 m.
