摘要
文章以湖南"新"民营经济发展为研究对象,首先运用逐步回归方法对"新"民营经济发展的影响因素进行了分析,然后采用因子分析法对湖南"新"民营经济的发展环境、增长结构、增长效果及整体增长质量进行了评价分析,揭示了湖南省"新"民营经济质量提升的有效途径。研究结果表明:(1)民营企业职工学历层次、民营企业技术创新、上市民营企业占比、民营企业集聚程度和规模以上企业占比对"新"民营经济发展的影响程度较大,是"新"民营经济良好发展的关键影响因素;(2)湖南"新"民营经济增长结构、民营经济增长环境在不断优化完善,湖南"新"民营经济增长总体质量也在不断提高,而且要进一步提升湖南"新"民营经济的竞争力,就必须进一步优化结构、改善环境。
Taking the development of newprivate economy in Hunan province as the research object,the paper firstly analyzes the factors influencing the development of newprivate economy in Hunan with stepwise regression method and then makes an evaluation and analysis on the development environment,growth structure,growth effect and overall growth quality by factor analysis. Based on this,it reveals the effective way of improving the quality of newprivate economy in Hunan province. The results are as follows.The development of newprivate economy is greatly influenced by such crucial factors as the education background of the staff in private enterprises,the technology innovation of private enterprises,the proportion of the listed private enterprises,the agglomeration of private enterprises and the proportion of enterprises above designated size. The growth structure and the growth environment have been constantly optimized,the overall quality has also been improved,and a further optimized structure and a further improved environment are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the newprivate economy in Hunan.
