摘要 结合具体项目中的应用经验,简要介绍了一种新型国产超声波流量计的测量原理、系统构成、性能指标及安装要求。实际应用表明,该超声波流量计能够克服常用流量计量程范围窄、精度较低,及进口超声波流量计价格高、安装条件苛刻及售后服务不及时等缺点,具有运行稳定、安全、准确度高、操作简单等优点,特别适合高精度要求下的终端用户贸易结算。 Combined with the application experience in specific items, the measurement principle, system constitution, performance indexes and installation requirement of a novel domestic ultrasonic flowmeter were briefly introduced. The practical application showed that, the said ultrasonic flowmeter could not only overcome the disadvantages of common flowmeter such as: narrow range and low precision, but also get over the deficiency of imported flowmeter such as high price, harsh installation condition and untimely service, which had advantages of stable operation, high safety, high accuracy, simple operation and was especially suitable for the trade settlement of the end users under the high precision requirement.
