摘要
基于设计一套功能齐全高铁轴承状态数据采集系统的目的,在归纳铁路运输的实际需求基础上,提出通过ZigBee技术高铁轴承状态数据采集系统设计方案。在此基础上,详细介绍下位机硬件、上位机软件、核心采集程序设计等方面设计及应用情况。研究结果表明,所设计的轴承振动信号采集系统完全满足高铁运输的实际需求,能够及时分析高铁轴承运行状态,可以有效解决采样频率等一系列的问题,对保障行车安全和中国高铁形象具有重要的意义。
Based on the purpose of designing a set of fully functional data acquisition system for highspeed railway bearing,based on the actual demand of railway transportation,the design scheme of the state data acquisition system of high speed railway bearing based on Zig Bee technology is proposed. On this basis,the paper introduces the design and application of the lower computer hardware,host computer software,core collection program design and so on. The results show that the designed bearing vibration signal acquisition system can fully meet the actual needs of high-speed rail transportation,can analyze the operation status of high-speed railway bearing in time,can effectively solve a series of problems such as sampling frequency,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of driving safety and the image of high-speed railway in China.
