摘要
为确定最优复合改性工艺,进行了车辙试验和小梁试验,测定马歇尔试件的毛体积密度。结果表明:复合改性剂的加入使得沥青抗车辙和抗开裂能力明显改善。根据高低温试验结果和生产实际,确定掺入的抗车辙剂与橡胶粉最佳比例为1∶3.75和1∶40;将压实温度控制在170℃、拌合温度控制在185℃较为适宜;根据不同闷料时间下改性沥青混合料的高低温试验结果,选择最佳闷料时间为30min。
In order to determine the optimal composite modification process, rutting tests and bending tests were conducted to acquire the bulk density of Marshall specimens. The results show that the addition of composite modifier changes significantly the performance of asphalt mixture in anti-rutting and anti-cracking; according to the results of tests at high and low temperatures and the actual production conditions, the optimal ratios of anti-rutting agent and rubber powder should be 1∶3.75 and 1∶40 respectively; it is appropriate to control the compaction temperature at 170 ℃ and the mixing temperature at 185 ℃; the optimal preserving time shall be set at 30 min according to the the results of tests at high and low temperatures.
