固相萃取-超高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中6种合成着色剂 被引量:2

摘要 本实验建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱(SPE-UPLC)方法测定茶叶中柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄和亮蓝等6种着色剂,该方法具有快速、高效的特点。在检测波长254nm,甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵的梯度洗脱条件下,6种着色剂的线性良好(r2>0.99),加标回收率为78.4%~118%,RSD均小于3%,检出限为0.1~1.0mg/kg,定量限为0.3~3.0mg/kg。用建立的方法对市售茶叶进行了检测。 In this experiment,a ultra performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction(SPE-UPLC)method was built to determine 6 synthetic colorants,including tartrazine,new red,amaranth,ponceau 4 R,sunset yellow and brilliant blue in tea,which was rapid,accurate and efficient.Methanol-ammonium acetate(0.02 mol/L)was chosen as mobile phase,gradient elution was used in the determination and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.6 synthetic colorants showed good linearities(r20.99)in this condition,the average recoveries were between 78.4%and 118% both at high and low spiked levels,relative standard deviations(RSDs)3%.The limits of detection(LOD)were in the range of 0.1~1.0 mg/kg,and limits of quantitation(LOQ)were in range of 0.3~3.0 mg/kg.The developed method has been used in the detection of 6 synthetic colorants in market tea.
