摘要
海上风电场存在出力及环境因素不确定性的问题,对送出线的选型提出新的挑战。本文提出一种基于半不变量法及Gram-Charlier级数理论的计及风电场随机出力和温度的海缆选型方法。首先建立风力发电和环境温度的随机分析模型,将此模型引入海缆热路模型中进行最差工况组合条件下的海缆线芯温度计算,得到线芯温度越界概率,从而进行优化选型;然后给出某海上风电场海缆选型分析结果,并采用有限元暂态方法进行选型分析以验证半不变量法的可行性;最终得到能够安全稳定运行的最佳海缆。
The volatility of wind turbine output and environmental factors in offshore wind farms are posing new challenges to the type-selection of outgoing power cables. In this paper,a type-selection method for submarine cables is proposed based on cumulant method and Gram-Charlier series theory considering the random output and environmentaltemperature in offshore wind farms. First,stochastic analysis models of wind power generation and environmental tem-perature are established,and they are introduced to the thermal circuit model of submarine cable to calculate the cablecore temperature under the situation of combined worst working conditions. Then,the off-limits possibility of cable coretemperature can be obtained,thus the type-selection of cables can be optimized. Afterwards,the type-selection result ofsubmarine cables in an offshore wind farm is given. Besides,finite element transient analysis method is used to performthe type-selection analysis to verify the feasibility of cumulant method. Finally,the optimal submarine cable that can operate safely and stably is obtained.
