摘要
为满足中国制造2025提出的"绿色轮胎"的要求,轮胎滚动阻力性能、湿地抓着性能和外部滚动噪声参数需要改善。通过对电动汽车轮胎发展趋势的分析,发现电动汽车轮胎设计需要匹配适宜的参数。电动汽车轮胎采用低滚动阻力系数、高胎压、大直径、窄胎面、扁平化以及特定的轮胎结构、花纹和材料,有利于整车的动力性、经济性、操稳性、湿地性能以及噪声和磨耗的改善。结果表明,电动汽车轮胎设计和匹配应与整车性能的研究相结合,需从车型设计开始阶段介入轮胎设计和分析工作。
In order to meet the requirements of "green tire" stipulated in "Made in China 2025", the rolling resistance performance, wet grip performance and external rolling noise parameters of the tire need to improve. Through the analysis of the development trend of electric vehicle tires, it is found that the design of electric vehicle tire needs to match the appropriate parameters. Low rolling resistance coefficient, high tire pressure, large diameter, narrow tread, flat and the characterized tire structure, patterns and materials are benefit to the improvement of the vehicle power, economy, handling, wetland performance,noise and abrasion wear. The result shows that the tire design and matching should be combined with the vehicle performance research, involving the design and analysis in the beginning stage of vehicle design.
