摘要
癌症的发生、发展机制较为复杂,是目前威胁我国民众健康的疾病之一。炎症及其介质无论是癌症的发病因素还是推进癌症的发展中均发挥着特殊且重要的作用。半胱氨酰白三烯主要由花生四烯酸通过脂质氧化酶途径产生,作为重要的炎性介质之一,参与炎症级联反应,其与癌症的关系密不可分,对癌症的增殖、凋亡、侵袭迁移等有一定作用。因此,深入和全面地了解半胱氨酰白三烯在癌症中的作用将为癌症的治疗提供新思路。
Cancer is one of the diseases threatening the health of residents in China,whereas its mechanisms are complicated.Inflammation and its mediators play an improtant and special role in both pathogenesis and development of cancer.Cysteinyl leukotrienes are generated in enzyme pathway of arachidonic acid lipid oxidatio,which participate in the cascade of inflammation.There is an inextricable relationship between Cys LTs and cancer.Nowadays,Cys LTs have been improved that can effect the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and migration of cancer.Therefore,a more further and comprehensive understanding of Cys LTs in cancer can provide a new protential for the treatment of cancer.
