摘要
我们在了解传统的T68镗床其控制电路电气控制基础上,提出用PLC改造其继电器-接触器主轴电机控制电路方案,给出PLC的I/O分配图、I/O接线图、设计梯形图及程序指令语句,并进行现场调试,降低了设备故障率,运行效果好。
On the basis of understanding the electrical control of the control circuit of traditional T68 boring machine, we propose to transform the main shaft motor control circuit of relay-contactor with PLC, and give the PLC I/O distribution diagram, I/O wiring diagram,design ladder diagram and program instruction statement, and carry out on-site debugging, which reduces equipment failure rate and has good operation effect.
