本文结合制造企业运营情况,对制造企业的质量管理特点进行阐述,从市场风险、研发风险、工艺准备风险、生产制造风险四个方面入手,对制造企业面临的主要风险进行解析,并以此为依据,提出制造企业的风险质量管理对策。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给相关领域提供些许的参考。
This article describes the quality management characteristics of manufacturing companies based on the operation of manufacturing companies. It begins with four aspects： market risk, RD risk, process preparation risk, and manufacturing risk, and analyzes the major risks faced by manufacturing companies. Based on this, it proposes risk management strategies for manufacturing companies, and hopes that through this article＇s explanation, it can provide some reference for related fields.
