超高压短弧氙灯钨电极车削加工的仿真研究

摘要 超高压短弧氙灯作为一种强度和准直度近似太阳光的光源,被广泛应用。以超高压短弧氙灯核心部件——钨电极的车削加工为研究对象,论述了车削前的退火处理,并通过仿真试验得出车削加工时合理的车刀材料、几何参数与切削用量。 Ultra-super-intensity short-arc xenon lamp is widely used as a light source whose intensity and collimation is close to the sunlight. The turning of the tungsten electrode-the core component of the ultra-super-intensity short-arc xenon lamp was taken as the subject for investigation, and the annealing treatment before turning was also discussed. While providing reasonable materials for turning tool, geometric parameters and cutting rate that were obtained through simulation tests.
