摘要
随着科学技术的发展,各种产品的使用环境越来越复杂,要求研制时必须进行相应的环境试验。环境试验的可靠性很大程度上有赖于车间的合理设计。结合工程实例,从工艺布局、设备选型、建筑装修、减震、接地、纯水制备、压空制备等方面对环境试验车间工程设计要点进行了研究和总结,从而保证环境试验车间安全可靠地运行。
With the development of science and technology,various products have been used in increasingly complicated environment. This requires related environmental test at development stage of products. The reliability of the environmental tests depends on the design of test workshop greatly. This paper introduces the design of an environment test workshop and the main points are studied and summarized from technology layout,equipment selection,decorating,buffering,earthing,pure water production and compressed air,etc.. So as to guarantee safe and reliable operation of the environment testing workshop.
