2011—2015年广安市居民碘营养状况分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解广安市重点人群的碘营养状况,为指导科学补碘提供科学依据。方法:每年按PPS法监测重点人群尿碘水平、8~10岁儿童甲肿率,并在全市监测食用盐碘摄入情况,使用Excel和SPSS软件通过卡方检验、秩和检验对结果进行统计分析。结果:2011—2015年广安市居民食用盐碘含量中位数为26.93~30.63mg/kg;8~10岁儿童甲肿率触诊法检测结果为0%~4.18%(2011—2015年),B超法检测结果为2013年0.25%、2014年1.25%;8~10岁儿童、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、婴幼儿、40岁以下育龄妇女尿碘水平中位数分别为231.2~300.6μg/L、144.6~278.3μg/L、182.1~209.1μg/L、186.4~255.1μg/L、160.7~236.4μg/L;8~10岁儿童、孕妇、40岁以下育龄妇女碘营养超量率分别为26%~42%、26%~44%、26%~40%,过量率分别为24%~50%、6%~12%、16%~28%。结论:2011—2015年广安市已经达到消除碘缺乏病的标准,但部分人群又出现了碘摄入超过适宜量的现象,应根据具体情况指导居民科学食用碘盐。 Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of high-risk groups in Guang,an city from 2011 to 2015,and provide scientific basis for the guiding of iodine complement.Method The urine iodine,the goiter rate of children aged 8~10 years old and iodine content of edible salt were supervised by PPS method every year.The results were analyzed by software Excel and SPSS using Chi-square test and Rank test.Result From 2011 to 2015,the median of edible salt iodine in Guang'an city was 26.93~30.63mg/kg,the prevalence of goiter in children aged 8~10 years was 0%~4.18%in 2011—2015 by palpation and 0.25%and 1.25%in 2013 and 2014 respectively by B-ultrasound detection.The median of urinary iodine level of children 8~10 years old,pregnant women,breastfeeding women,infants and women of childbearing age below 40 years old was 231.2~300.6μg/L,144.6~278.3μg/L,182.1~209.1μg/L,186.4~255.1μg/L and 160.7~236.4μg/L respectively.The overdose rate of iodine nutrient among children 8~10 years old,pregnant women,reproductive age women below 40 years old was 26%~42%,26%~44%and 26%~40%respectively.Excessive rate was 24%~50%,6%~12%and16%~28%respectively.Conclusion The city has reached the standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disease from 2011 to 2015 continuously,but at the same time,the iodine intake in some people has exceeded the appropriate amount.Residents should be instructed to eat iodized salt according to specific conditions.
