摘要
通过聚丙烯酸(PAA)与双氨基有机硅9300的后交联反应对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)平板膜进行亲水改性,并将其用于水晶研磨废水的处理.研究双氨基有机硅浓度、PAA/9300质量比、反应温度及时间等参数对PTFE平板膜形貌、表面化学结构、亲水性及分离性能的影响.结果表明,膜纤维变得比较光滑且有少量颗粒出现,改性膜表面和截面出现N、O和Si元素,膜表面出现羧基、氨基等亲水基团,改性后的PTFE膜表面接触角由136°±2.1°降低到30.35°±1.3°,水晶碾磨废水浊度去除率达到99.91%,改性膜有很好的抑制蛋白质吸附污染的性能.
The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)flat membrane was hydrophilic modified by the post-cross linked reaction of polyacrylic acid(PAA)with bisamino organosilicone 9300 and used in the treatment of crystal grinding wastewater.The effects of organosilicone 9300 concentrations,PAA/9300 mass ratio,reaction temperature and time on the morphology,the surface chemical structure,hydrophilicity and separation performance of PTFE flat membranes were investigated.The results showed that the membrane fibers are smoother and have been found few particles,and the N,O and Si elements appeared on the surface and cross section of the modified membrane.The hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl group and amino group appeared on the surface of the membrane.The surface contact angle of the modified PTFE membrane was from 136°±2.1°to 30.35°±1.3°,crystal grinding wastewater turbidity removal rate of99.91%,the modification effectively inhibited the pollution of protein adsorption.
