摘要
目的:总结168例在我院门诊行膀胱灌注患者的整体化护理经验。方法:通过建立电子健康档案,制定标准化的操作流程,做好发生不良反应的应急预案,做好健康教育及居家的延伸护理服务。结果:168例患者完成灌注过程顺利,无护理并发症及药物不良反应发生。结论:护理人员按照标准化流程操作,使病人顺利完成灌注治疗,有针对性的对患者开展延伸护理服务,提高康复效果。
Objective： To summarize nursing experience of 168 patients suffering from bladder perfusion in our hospital. Methods： Set up operation standards via filing electronic health records; made emergent plans to deal with adverse reactions; and made healthy education and home-nursing services.Results： 168 patients did not experience any complications or adverse drug reactions. Conclusion：According to the standards, nursing staff can successfully the perfusion therapy, carry out the extended nursing service, and improve the rehabilitation effect.
