摘要
烟气脱硫工艺的选择不仅影响脱硫效率,还直接关系到企业的生存发展。介绍了以石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫为核心和烟气循环流化床干法脱硫为核心的两种烟气脱硫工艺路线。以青海矿业集团4×260 t/h动力锅炉为对象,从脱硫效率、多污染物脱除、技术成熟度、投资费用、能耗、运行成本等方面,对比分析了两种脱硫工艺的技术经济性。结果表明,烟气循环流化床干法脱硫具有工艺简单、环境影响小、可协同脱除SO3和Hg等多种污染物、水耗低等特点,是青海矿业集团煤制烯烃项目动力锅炉烟气脱硫的最佳方案。
The selection of flue gas desulfurization process is directly related to the survival and development of a company. Taking Qinghai Mining Group 4 ×260 t/h boiler as the study object, the technical economics of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process and circulating fluidized bed dry desulfurization process was compared from the aspects of desulfurization efficiency, multi-pollutants removal, technical maturity, capital investment, energy consumption, operation cost, etc. Results showed that circulating fluidized bed dry desulfurization process had the advantages of simple process, no secondary pollution, high desulfurization efficiency, simultaneously removing multi-pollutants such as SO3 and Hg, low water consumption, etc., and it was the best desulfurization process for this project.
