摘要
目的分析视黄醇结合蛋白(retinol binding protein,RBP)和胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)评价新生儿营养状态的价值。方法检测798例新生儿脐血中RBP和IGF-1水平,分析新生儿性别、出生体重和出生时间与其RBP和IGF-1水平之间的关系。结果足月儿组新生儿血清RBP、IGF-1水平高于早产儿组,35~36周早产儿组血清RBP、IGF-1水平高于28~34周早产儿组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低体重儿组、正常体重儿组和巨大儿组新生儿血清RBP、IGF-1水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,新生儿胎龄、出生体重均与脐血血清RBP和IGF-1水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论脐血血清RBP和IGF-1水平可作为敏感指标评估新生儿营养状况。
Objective To evaluate the role of retinol binding protein( RBP) and insulin-like growth factor 1( IGF-1) in the assessment of neonatal nutritional status. Methods The levels of RBP and IGF-1 in umbilical cord blood were detected in798 neonates. The relationships between neonatal sex,birth weight and birth time and the levels of RBP and IGF-1 were then analyzed. Results The level of RBP and IGF-1 in the full-term group were higher than those in the premature group( P〈0.05). The levels of serum RBP and IGF-1 of the preterm neonates( 35 ~ 36 weeks) were higher than those of the preterm neonates( 28 ~ 34 weeks)( P〈0.05). Significant differences in serum RBP and IGF-1 levels were found among the low weight group,the normal weight group and the giant infant group( P〈0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the gestational age and birth weight of the neonates were significantly positive correlated with the serum level of RBP and IGF-1( P〈0.05). Conclusions Serum RBP and IGF-1 levels in umbilical cord blood can be used as indicators for neonatal nutritional status.
