摘要
取制样在散料输送系统中起到对物料参数检测和分析的作用,文章以实际项目为依托,设计一款全自动取制样系统,该系统在实际运行过程中表现良好,性能优越,为后续项目取制样设计提供依据。
Sampling plays an important role in testing and analyzing material parameters in bulk conveying system. Based on the actual project, this paper designs a fully automatic sampling and preparation system, which performs well and has superior performance in the actual operation. It provides the basis for the design of sampling and sample preparation for the following projects.
