采矿工程创新实践型人才培养模式构建初探——以东华理工大学采矿工程专业建设为例 被引量:9

摘要 以创新创业教育和工程教育认证为指导思想,剖析了当前东华理工大学采矿工程专业人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,结合专业特色和建设规划,从人才培养目标、人才培养方案、师资队伍、课程体系、实践教学、文化氛围等六方面提出了相应的对策和建议,初步构建了以核资源开采为特色的采矿工程专业创新实践型人才培养模式,可为学科建设与发展提供借鉴。 Taking innovation and entrepreneurship education and engineering education accreditation as guiding ideology,this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of personnel training of mining engineering in East China University of Technology( ECUT). Then combined with the subject characteristics and planning,the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects: talent training objective,personnel training plan,teaching staff,curriculum system,practice teaching and cultural atmosphere. The training mode of innovative and practical talents is preliminary established for mining engineering in ECUT with the feature of nuclear resource exploitation,which could provide reference for the subject construction and development.
