摘要
阴极保护是减缓埋地长输管道腐蚀问题的可靠技术。应建立全面、系统的阴极保护电位评价准则,并在国家标准层面进行统一和规范。分别以美国标准NACE SP0169-2013和NACE TM0497-2012为例,阐述了极限保护电位准则和酸性条件、高电阻率环境、应力腐蚀和临近高压电缆干扰腐蚀等情况下阴极保护准则,以及国际上公认的阴极保护电位测试方法。研究结论对于指导长输管道阴极保护工作具有重要意义,也可作为国家标准GB/T 21448和GB/T 21447制修订的参考。
Cathodic protection was a reliable technique to reduce corrosion of buried long distance pipeline. Comprehensive and systematic cathodic protection potential evaluation criteria should be established, and unified at the level of national standards. Take the United States standard NACE SP〈0169-2013 and NACE TM0497-2012 as examples, the maximum/minimum protection potential criterion and cathodic protection criterion for acid environment, high resistivity soil, stress corrosion and AC interference of high voltage transmission lines, and the internationally accepted cathodic protection potential measurement methods were expounded.The conclusion was of great significance to guide the cathodic protection of long distance pipeline and can be used as an important basis for the revision of GB/T 21447 and GB/T 21448 in China.
