摘要
在市政工程项目管理中,项目进度的管理是一项极为重要的工作,进度管理不仅直接影响到工程进度目标的实现,还关系着工程的质量目标和成本目标。通过对市政工程项目进度管理中,在进度计划、资源配置、组织协调、征地拆迁以及扬尘治理等方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些应对对策,以期能够有助于市政工程行业项目进度管理水平的提高。
The process control is an extraordinary job in the municipal engineering construction,because it not only affects the achievement of project progress objectives directly,but also restricts the targets of quality and cost. The problems of progress control in the scheduled plan,resource allocation,organization and coordination,land-acquisition,and dust improvement were analyzed. Then,some corresponding solutions were also raised to enhance the level of progress control in municipal engineering construction.
