摘要
针对我国各型动车组运用检修共性需求和个性化差异,提出了不同车型动车组高级修规程横向对比分析方法,制定了取长补短、求同存异的原则和确保安全性、维持可靠性、兼顾经济性的规程优化目标;确定了对动车组检修技术、人员、设备、设施、成本、停时等具有显著影响的动车组共性重要部件;按照检修复杂程度、技术水平、资源需求不同,对动车组检修工作类型进行了定义和分类;通过典型示例分析,说明了该方法的适用性和有效性。
Aiming at our EMU operation and maintenance of common needs and individual differences,the comparative analysis method among repair regulations for different types of EMUs was put forward.The fundamental comparative analysis principle was to learn from others＇ strong points in order to close the gap,seek common ground while reserving differences.The optimization objective was to ensure the safety,maintain reliability and take account of economy.The EMU common important parts that affect on maintenance technology,personnel,equipment,facilities,cost,stop-time etc.,were confirmed related lists.The EMU maintenance work types were classified and defined.The applicability and the effectiveness of this method was illustrated through the analysis of typical examples.
